The Blind Premieres for the People Voting Rules

Voting for The Blind Premieres for the People locations is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein (excluding residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions), who are at least 18 years of age as of August 29, 2023. Full-time and part-time employees, officers, directors and representatives of Blind Production LLC, Blind Holdings LLC, Blind P&A LLC, and Tread Lively LLC (the Sponsors) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, corporate affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and entities engaged in the implementation and promotion of The Blind Premieres for the People and/or members of any of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings and parents, regardless of where they live), IRS dependents, and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to vote.

How to Vote:

To vote, go to https://theblindmovie.com/watchwithus (the “Site”) between August 29, 2023, 6:00 PM (Central Time Zone) and 11:00 PM (Central Time Zone) on September 3, 2023 (the “Voting Period”), select your state, select your theater, and enter your email address. By submitting a vote, you are confirming that your age is at least 18. Each person may cast only one (1) vote per theater. All required voter information must be valid and completed in full or such votes will be disqualified. Multiple votes in excess of the limit stated above may result in the disqualification of all votes submitted from that email address. Any attempted method of voting other than as described herein is void. All votes must be received and recorded by the Sponsors during the Voting Period. By accessing the Site and submitting your vote(s), you signify that you have read and agree to these Voting Rules and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the Site. Sponsors reserve the right to modify any of these Voting Rules, the Voting Period, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in their sole discretion.

Voting Results:

Results of the voting will posted on the Site within a reasonable time following the end of the Voting Period.

Limitation of Liability:

Blind Production LLC, Blind Holdings LLC, Blind P&A LLC, and Tread Lively LLC and their affiliated and related companies, promotional partners, advertising agencies, each of their respective parents, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies and each of the foregoing entities’ owners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives and sub-contractors (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or non-delivered votes or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, internet service provider, the Site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed satellite, computer, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate transmission and/or capture of registration, votes or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such or similar information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this voting process, as solely determined by the Sponsors, may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like voting methods will void all such votes garnered by such methods, and disqualify any voter/email address using such methods. Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In addition, Sponsors reserve the right to disallow votes when, in Sponsors’ good faith judgment, such action is required to ensure fairness or for any other legitimate reason. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to any voter’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this program or downloading materials from or use of the Site. Should any portion of the voting process be, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of votes, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the voting, and tally the votes received prior to such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the voting, and assume no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or use to this Site. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to vote will be deemed to be the voter, and must comply with these Voting Rules and the Site’s Terms of Use. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses.

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE.
